Datel Protex was borne as there was no suitable off-the-shelf ERP package that could address the unique needs of clothing and footwear companies. As the largest reseller of Sage in the UK Datel was well placed to understand the problems of attempting to heavily modify a generic ERP software package to meet the special requirements of a clothing and footwear business. As a result Datel Protex Systems was started. From the inception the Protex ERP solution suite has been designed by clothing and footwear industry experts for the industry utilising the latest technology.
Datel Protex is a Datel company. Datel has its headquarters in Warrington and offices in Leeds and London, our team of more than 160 highly skilled people cover a broad geographical reach. We now have an annual turnover in excess of £19 million and are still privately owned, with all of the senior team hands-on within our day-to-day operations.
